The following is from an Email I received from Moto Liberty concerning their desire to host an event for Motorcycle Meet Up Groups in the area. This is still in the planning stages, but I would like to know your thoughts.

Dear Bill,
This is Audrey of Moto Liberty - Dallas. I had an idea that I would like to
run by you.
I would like to invite all the motorcycle rider Meetup groups within 50 miles
of Moto Liberty over on October 25th. It would be for Meetup groups only. I
will not invite any of our regular customers. This is a Sunday afternoon. I
will make my famous homemade Italian Roast Beef sandwiches for everybody. I
also thought it would be nice if I had a banner made for each group with your
name on it. That sign will be an introduction to your group and other riders
that attend can mingle with other Meetup groups. I think from 11:30 to 1:30 in
the afternoon would be good. Our store is normally closed, but of course I'll
open the doors. However, this would be considered more a social event and just
an introduction to our store for those that haven't been here.
Would you like to participate? Please let me know before posting it, but I'm
pretty sure we'll get enough groups that will give it a shot.
