Just wanted to let everyone in the group know that you are all not forgotten!!! Last October my husband was diagnosed with rectal cancer and has been through an intensive treatment program that includes chemotherapy, radiation, and most recently his surgery from which is is recovering. After that there will be some more surgery involved as well as some more chemotherapy. We recently got the pathology report back that there is still some residual cancer post surgery so please help the Tyler's out with your prayers. John is anxious to get back on his bike as is the rest of the Tyler family!!! Hope to see you all real soon!!

Blessings always,
Denise Tyler

Rider Injuries & Surgeries

Marc Mitchell is going under the knife to repair his shoulder (I think it was). He's going to be out of riding for about 4-6 months. Of course, it will also affect his daily life in lots of other ways, so please everyone lift him up in prayer, that God will bless him through his circumstances! You might also want to drop him a line to give him some moral support!

Stephen Joyner recently tore his ACL (inner knee ligament) and will undergo surgery soon. If you've met Stephen, you won't be surprised that he said he wants to stay involved, come out to the family days, and help out however he can. He won't be able to ride until the late summer or fall, and like Marc, he'll be impacted in lots of other ways until he's healed. Therefore please lift him up in prayer and perhaps drop him a line of encouragement too.

Steven Joyner Emergency

Please pray for Stephen Joyner and his knee. He was having flu like symptoms and after a visit with the doctor was now on his way to the ER possibly suffering with a blood infection or even a blood clot. Please pray for him and his family through these times.

Update (by Brent Thomas)-
Stephen was released from the hospital about a week after the emergency, and it was suspected a blod clot in his leg. So now he's on medications that would prevent his knee surgery for several months. But praise God that the clot wasn't more severe or didn't cause any great harm to Stephen!

Pastor Monty's Big Crash!

Posted by Brent Thomas

Recently I invited Pastor Monty to go riding and he informed me that he had his worst crash 3 weeks ago at the ID Old Timers International.

A 40 mph collision sent him over the bars, resulting in a broken collarbone, fractured ribs, internal hemorrhaging and some severe bruising from his shoulders to his knees. He's going to be off his bike recovering for 3 months. Please keep him in your prayers!

Update on my husband John Tyler....his recovery from the surgery (tumor removal) has been coming along nicely...he has gained a few pounds back and looking pretty healthy although still weak from the continued chemotherapy he has been undergoing. But we have been out ridin' and and a great one today...he did some great hill climbing...the best I've seen him do ever !! All your support and prayers are greatly appreciated and we will also keep all of the Full Throttle Fellowship group in our prayers!!!

Just thought it would be nice if everyone on this site sent there positive energy and prayers to Will Bosserman. Will is Bob Bosserman's son who owns the KTM shop on Overland. Will went over the bars last Sunday riding in Idaho City and broke his neck when he hit a stump. Lets all pray for his recovery and that he will walk and ride again.
Thanks to everyone.

McKensee's Big Crash

Friends, we would appreciate your prayers for my wife McKensee. During Thanksgiving we were riding in the California desert and she went over her bars on a serious jump. As a result she has a broken collar bone and a bunch of scrapes and bruises. It's pretty bad but thank God it wasn't worse! We could use your prayers. She's hurting pretty bad physically, and she doesn't get paid for missing work so that will add some financial strain.

Thanks... and Ride Safe!
