Starting Time: We've adjusted the starting time slightly to 6:30pm to give people more time to arrive. We hope everyone can be there as close to this time as possible!

Event Organizer:
Chris Cooper is organizing this event, with the help of the Full Throttle Fellowship leadership team. Email Chris through his meetup profile or call him at 724-2030.

Event Details - Please Read!
We invite everyone and their guests to RSVP to attend this All Members Pizza Night, for an evening of food, fellowship, and fun! This is a great way to meet other members; ask questions and learn more about the club; and to get involved in our rides and events! We will also be accepting pre-orders for club T-shirts; giving away decals; and hopefully distributing new club business cards and discount cards from our sponsors! As a bonus, we will be giving away door prizes including gift certificates from our sponsors!

There is no fee to attend, but we do ask attendees to order and purchase their own food and drinks when they arrive.

Please RSVP!
We have made a deposit to reserve the banquet room, therefore it is very important we have an idea of how many people will be attending. Please RSVP as soon as possible, and we urge you to include your phone number in your RSVP so we can contact you in case we have a last minute or emergency change of plans!

Notice:
All riders please include your phone number either in your RSVP or in a separate email to the organizer so he can contact you if necessary. Also check your email and the organizer's own RSVP the morning of the ride for such notices. Depending upon weather conditions or other factors the organizer may always elect to cancel the ride if necessary.

Organizer(s):
Abe Thietten

Ride Location:
Meet at the motorcycle parking lot, which is about 4 miles up 8th Street after it turns to dirt.

Ride Details:
"This is an intermediate-Advanced ride. Plan on riding for 4 hours or whatever the group is feeling and 8 rider limit. I rode up there last weekend and had a blast trying to get through the snow drifts. We made it all the way to the top of the mountain then had to turn around because some of the drifts were too deep but I think they will be melted enough to ride through, should be fun anyway! If anyone has a portable handsaw, please bring it, we may run into down trees." - Abe

RSVP Required:
The first 8 riders to RSVP may attend. Please RSVP by 10pm the night before this event so the organizer knows to look out for you. If the RSVP list is full, please be sure to join the waiting list in case a rider backs out!

Rain update... (6:15am 5/2/09) It's raining pretty consistent right now in Boise with an 80% chance of showers throughout the day. The Johnston's camped at Hemingway last night so for those interested in going out, the event is not technically canceled. However, it is probable to anticipate some people not showing up. We (Brent and McKensee) will be driving out to say hi to the Johnston's and others who might show up, but we are probably not taking our bikes.

Event agenda... We canned the early (7am) ride so everyone will be arriving around 8:30am to be ready to get things started at 9am. Thanks!

Membership Not Required:
Membership in our club is not required to attend any of our rides or events - especially this event which assists the CMA. However, if you are not a member please contact Brent Thomas at 830-1425 to RSVP by phone so we can look out for you as well as provide enough food/drinks, as applicable.

Important RSVP Notice!
RSVP by Friday May 1 at 5pm is strongly encouraged so we know how much food and drinks to purchase. Please arrive as close to 8:30am as possible to be unloaded and ready to meet at 9am.

Event Location:
Hemingway Butte. Take 12th Ave. South from Nampa 15 miles across Snake River, right on Hwy 78, then right on Upper Reynolds Creek Road 1.5 mi. to OHV parking lot. Sign in and click below for a Google map:

Event Description:
This is our first "All-Club Riding Day" for this riding season, and we are using it to promote the Christian Motorcyclist Association's (CMA) annual Run for the Son.

All members, all ages, and all skill levels are invited to come out and meet and ride with other Full Throttle Fellowship members. We will also be providing FREE BBQ hot dogs and drinks for those who attend!

Additionally, riders of all skill levels are also welcome to ride in skill-based "Run for the Son" rides, which is a fund raiser for the CMA. Donations/pledges are 100% optional, meaning you are still invited to go on the rides even if you do not donate! The Run for the Son proceeds benefit home missions, the Jesus Film project, sending Bibles to places missionaries cannot go, and buying motorcycles for missionaries around the world. If you want to contribute, the CMA encourages riders to seek pledges or they make a donation. Donations/pledges will be accepted in check or cash and we will have all necessary forms. For more information, click this link to CMA Run for the Son: http://www.cmausa.org/run-for-the-son
